KE0EXE: Table for ARES trailer: a motion to buy a new one was made previously. A table has been donated, can cancel previous motion.
New Business: Fred, BJ, and Steve  W. are the new nominating committee. If you’d like to serve, please contact one of them!
AB0BW has APRS Radios for sale: Complete dual band radios and APRS kits. Kenwood V7A + antenna, and Alinco 635 Dual Band + aprs + antenna.
N0KZO: Yahoo groups shifted to Groups.io, came with price tag and year is up. Can renew for $200/yr, or downgrade to free/basic version (no files, pics, storage, calendar).
Preliminary comments by February, ongoing discussion. BJ and Bill volunteer for a Web Comittee
KF0S: Motion to reimburse N0KZO $200 for year license, and we will re-address next year. K0RGR Seconded. No opposed, motion passed.

Elmer Net ran for over 40 minutes. Planned to be weekly every Monday, emails to w0stv
ARES September 19th drill in town. Training in how to set up the county aluminum tower. Training probably on Saturday morning ~9AM at fairgrounds for setup/teardown. Winlink, FLDIGI, APRS, reports, etc.
Contesting: Sept 12 @1800 6M and up contest. Other contests going on too! Some QSO parties, check the Hamster links
Education: Not much update this month, computer issues for project. Possible live class over the internet. Twin Cities group is doing testing remotely!

New Business: Thank Roger and Barb for use of KOA! K0VH proposed 2021 family membership for them and $25 honorarium, K4IU seconded, passed.

KF0S, voiced preference that we keep meetings to Zoom, we’re probably stuck using Zoom for the foreseeable future anyway. Will need to figure out holiday event also. Looking for member input.

Intentions to redo the 820 site. Deciding to stay where the 82 machine is, replace the antenna+coax and move mount down to orient antenna properly. Can be done for less than $5000, trying to get Don Overby but he is very busy, looking at Tri-state communications for tower climbing, perhaps April-May. Est. $2000 parts, $2500 for work. Motion to modify previous motion from $4000 to $5500 max limit for this project. W0STV motioned, KC0P seconds, motion passed.
N0KZO talk about public service: NZ0S convinced N0KZ0 to take on with W0STV. Youth 5K at end of the month. March 28th, signup on website. North side of 52 frontage road between 52 and history center. Needs signups this week.
Med City Marathon in May, need 20+ operators.

John Scott will probably be done with public service leadership at the end of the year, looking to delegate.

Classes: No information at present. Community Education starting April 18th

Tech Committee: Lawyers for 82 tower gave authorization to replace feedline and antenna, move mount down 20ft so antenna goes vertically. No other options panned out. Looking at Don Overby (most recommended tower climber). Antenna ordered, w. John Scott: DB-224E
Taking on Inventory (including deployed equipment) with checks, etc.

Contesting: Some participation in MN QSO party, VHF contest

VE test session; 3 techs, 1 general, 1 extra!

John Marshall: 4 students, need topics! Setting up station, our radio, tuner, powersupply. They are supplying antennas and grounds, etc. Open for all HS in Rochester.

Winter Field Day: 6-7 operators. Portables set up, ran off of EOC radio.
